Makeup Artist OKC: Our Policies and Guidelines
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via email & text in advance.
If you no show, reschedule, or cancel within 24 hours or your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 75% of your service fee.
No Shows:
Appointments are considered a no show after 10 minutes of scheduled time. Day of cancellations will be considered a no show as well. This requires a 75% payment of service. Please text and let us know if you will be late, even if it’s just 5 minutes. If you arrive after the 10 minutes of your scheduled service time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service and will be charge a no show fee. Not confirming your appointment does NOT mean you cancelled. We get busy, we forget but please officially cancel if needed. Otherwise you will be charged as a no show.
TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING PLEASE RESCHEDULE/CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WHEN CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TEXT ARE SENT OUT PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT (PLEASE UPDATE EMAILS AND NEW PHONE NUMBERS).
No show clients will not be rebooked with Gab ‘n Glo. If for some reason fees are not paid, you will be blocked from all services from ManifestOKC.
We are usually understanding but time is extremely limited and windows are fairly small. Communication is everything and so we hope all of you can understand. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention, and of course some of the best services around!
Don’t Be Late:
Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Parking and finding the suite takes time. We will message you a day or morning before hand to make sure you know the address and don’t have any questions. When you arrive, please send us a quick text saying you’re here and either wait in your car or sit in the lobby on one of the couches until we come get you. Please come without mascara for lash lifts. If you are here for a makeup appointment, please come with clean or at least bare skin. Removing makeup takes up extra time.
Children and Guests:
Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services, we unfortunately do not allow children into the suite during a service. Please rearrange for appropriate childcare.
Children and guests can cause distractions to both you and Gabby. Due to time frames we do not allow guests in the suite.
Refunds:
You are paying for an artist’s time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. If you have any concerns please notify us immediately. A thorough consultation is done to ensure your wants and needs are met with our vision as a professional.
We do not offer any refunds on services and deposits are non refundable.
Payments:
When you book with Gab ‘n Glo, a 30% deposit will be taken through square that will go towards your service. We ask to hold your card when booking with us but we do not charge it unless there is a cancellation fee or no show fee.

If for some reason you can not pay through square, we will ask for a deposit through Venmo, Cashapp, or Square Invoice to secure your spot. You are not officially booked until a deposit has been sent and the text/email confirmation has been sent!
